Terms of Service

fortune.ainew.jp (the “Service”) is a digital-content service that uses AI to analyse a face photograph uploaded by the user and produces a face-reading scroll rooted in Eastern physiognomy.

¥199 (tax inclusive) per reading. Payment is accepted by credit card via Stripe Checkout only.

• Uploading another person’s photograph without their consent.
• Uploading a minor’s photograph without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Uploading sexually explicit, violent or otherwise unlawful imagery.
• Reselling generated scrolls for commercial purposes.
• Placing excessive load on the Service or otherwise abusing access.

You retain the rights to the generated scroll. The Service reserves the right to use the rendered image, after anonymisation, for samples and marketing; where anonymisation is not feasible, the image will not be used.

The scroll is entertainment content rooted in tradition and physiognomy. It is not a basis for real-life decisions and does not constitute medical, financial or other professional advice. The operator is not liable for any damage arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
